No plans. No budget. No timeline.I don’t sign blank checks and I bet you don’t either. Yet neither the County commissioners or the Prop. 1 promoters have given us any specifics about their plans. No budget. No timeline. No answers to what will become of existing parks or what new lands they want to acquire.

The Prop. 1 promoters hired a California marketing company to do a study to determine their chances of success and what “messages” would best persuade voters to approve Prop. 1. The report stated, “Avoiding opposition is key, as after opposition arguments, support drops…”

Sounds like the more voters know about this measure, the less they support it.
Is it possible the lack of specific information is intentional?
